How to overcome imposter syndrome and live your mission in real time

I used to fear calling myself a coach, a mentor, an expert, or a leader in a space

where I don’t have the “official” qualifications. That’s the voice of imposter

syndrome.

But when you look closer, a title is just a label.

I could call myself a maths teacher and confidently show you years of

qualifications, countless experiences, and top grades earned through relentless

study. But that’s not where I’m aligned anymore. That’s not where I best lead.

I could call myself a leader in motherhood and some would say you need at

least three proven successes to be a leader. But motherhood? There’s no such

thing as perfect. And yet, I’ve lived it four times. I’ve walked through it with

curiosity, growth, and expansion. I carry scars I can now share with confidence, not open wounds.

And here’s what I know: when a mother rises, the whole family rises. Our children

are always watching. They don’t just copy us, they reflect us back with their own

unique creativity. They take the seeds we plant and grow them into something

new.

Still, even that isn’t quite it.

What truly lights me up is my own personal evolution. The mission I carry isn’t

something you can be accredited in, or measured by someone else’s definition of

success. It only lives in this exact moment, right now.
